Hi
Speaking from my own experiences, and seeing how LOTs of folks read your question, but failed to reply, I felt I needed to answer you! Not really sure what you meant by leakage, but bleeding from hemorrhoids is what I experienced. I found wearing panty liners saved the day for me! That and vitamin E capsules! If you care to be more specific I'd be happy to answer what I know!

Answers That May Help
The answer to your question is yes that can happen, because of the hemorrhoid things don't close or seal as well.

Hemorrhoids have been helped by drinking Kombucha tea. I love the stuff and drink it everyday. Try Emperors Best from spam link, I have tried many others and this is the best in my opinion. While that is helping your roid, try eating Dannons Activia yogurt to help stop the leaking.

Vitamin c and horse chestnut are supplements that make sense to use as well. Both have been noted to help with vein health.

Good luck and God bless!

Hemorrhoids
I have also used a soaked cotton pad of witch hazel, that I placed on the hemorrhoid area, which soothes and reduces the swelling. It works for me.

In addition take a sitz bath.if you don't know what is it .
its a hip bath here hips and buttocks are soaked in warm water.
take it for 15-20 mins this will help relieve pain and swollen.
