I have to pee alot , especially in the
a.m. I feel a lump when I wipe myself.
What causes prolapsed cervex and will it
get worse.?? Does heavy lifting do more
damage?? I think that is what I have.
I don't know what causes a prolapsed
cervix, but you should see your doctor if
that's what you think you have. Only they
can diagnose the problem and treat it
accordingly. Are you pregnant?

I am 56 years old ,so thankfully aren't
pregnant. I went to a doctor, but he
didn't tell me much, except to say do
those kecale excersises. I wondered what
causes it and if it progressivly gets
worse.

this is the pregnancy forum, you should
probably post this in the womens
conditions forum for more appropriate
responses.

A prolaps cervix is when you loose the
functions of a cervix....It can get worse.
but i am not a doctor, none of us are.
have you been diagnosed with this? You
should really be asking your doctor this.

A prolapsed cervix isn't when you lose
function of your cervix. Though, it could
cause it to lose function. I really doubt
that you have a prolapsed cervix, as you
would be in a great deal of pain. However,
it sure sounds like a good reason to make
a medical appointment.

Oups. I Apologize. However, there is a
condition where the uterus, not cervix,
changes position and drops like a hernia.
That's what I was thinking of. I have a
strong medical background also, though
obviously haven't been practicing. What am
I thinking of then? Maybe you know.

there is the uterine prolaps where the
uterine walls fall in and normally this
condition would require a hysterectomy.
