12 Days Late And Negative Hpt Test......so Confused!!! Posted: 03-17-07 13:56pm
ok so this is the story.....i was due for
my period march 6th. on march 3rd me and
my husband had unprotected sex. my period
is now 12 days late....on the 8th day of
my period being late i took a hpt test and
it came out negative. but it confuses me
because i have been throwing up for no
apparent reason. this has been going on
for days now. 4 days ago i noticed bright
pink blood on my tissue but it was only
noticeable after wiping. i heard about
implantation bleeding but everyone is
telling me on these forums that i shouldnt
be pregnant and that it doesnt sound like
implantation bleeding! so i dont know im
really confused and tired of throwing
up.....im starting to think that my period
is not going to show and that maybe i
tested too early. does anybody have any
advice that will help?

I think you should take another test. If
it's still negative, you might want to
contact your doctor for a blood test. Some
women have trouble getting positive
results on home tests when they are, in
fact, pregnant. I don't know how common
that is, though.
If you're not pregnant, you should refer
to your gyn for a check up to make sure
you're otherwise healthy.

hi hope someone can help me
6 weeks after my son was born i went and
got depo28 aug 2007 . 3 months later i was
to go back 31 october 2007 but did not
because we want to try again i was also
breast feeding up too 5 months, (had no
period for 7 months) on the 15 of feb got
little brown blood stain then on the 21 -
25 got period from 12am till 6am> on
the 5 of march anormal period till the 8
after that never again if i have to work
it out on a normal 28days then today im 12
days late but got neg test and my boobs
are tender for 3weeks got pelvis pains
and4 weeks ago i was tired up to laast
week please help i dont know what is going
on

im having some what of the same problem. i
am to the point now that i am going to go
to the doc. and get blood test done they
are normally more acurate. i havent been
throwing up up i am up all night with
nausea, headaches, and pelvis pain. My
husband wants a baby so bad we try every
chance we get. sometimes stress can cause
you to miss a period or start a period
early. But im not stressed. i have just
been emotional lately i dunno why. it
seems like everyone around me is getting
pregnant but me.
