Perimenopause comes before actual
menopause. This is a time of transition,
rife with hormonal imbalance and
fluctuations in a woman's reproductive
cycle. It is but a natural part of a
woman's life, indicating that she is of
mature years and in nearing the end of her
reproductive journey.
