Diarrhea, stomach ache and cramps during pregnancy are not normal. You could be experiencing a gastrointestinal infection.
You can eat whatever you want during pregnancy. You might want to check out some guidelines here: http://www.bbc.co.uk/parenting/having_a_ba by/pregnancy_diet.shtml. or http://www.kidshealth.org/parent/nutrition _fit/nutrition/eating_pregnancy.html. Alcohol, cigarettes and many types of pharmaceutical drugs are forbidden. Vitamin and mineral supplements are recommended during pregnancy.

The time it takes for a pregnancy to "show" is generally around months 3-4. Each woman's body is different so you'll want to be sure to make your regular check ups at the gynecologist or obstetrician's office to monitor the health of your pregnancy.
