Q: Anxiety Over Lumps

For about 6 months or so now ive had a lot of lumps in the groin region, probably lymph nodes. I cannot think of anything that would have caused them, other than a cold as i haven't been sick for a while. There's a lot of them... like 10 . Some are oddly shaped (like theres two connected) and kind of firm but very movable. They don't hurt, either. I imagine they came on fairly quickly, but it seems like theres more of them than there used to be. I've had swolen lymph nodes on my neck that came on for no reason several years back, but there weren't as many and they were all normally shaped. Should I get this checked out? Thanks.
