I have lot of fat in my face i believe this happened because of mastrubation and sex . My face changes gets ugly after sex or matrubation Is this normal or I am suffering with something strange ?

well... after having sex it would be normal for your face to be flushed or red. but i've never heard of someone getting a swollen face. do you want to elaborate?

My face gets bigger ie it grows on the sides which broadens my face , makes me ugly and it shrinks after exercise .
