Is it normal for the head of the penis to be soo sensitive when the skin is pulled back that it hurts if anything touches it?

Did you changed soap lately? Do you have any clue why it could be that it is so sensitive ?

You can get it checked with a urologist --- is there any discoloration on the skin of the head or shaft of the penis? redness? irritation?
