Chu did that too. It shocked the heck out of me. I thought because of that he'd be seriously talking by now but he isn't. That's my lazy little boy!! Wink He can say mama, ee (which he uses to mean eat), and dah-dee (daddy).

that sounds cute!

finn is extremely vocal but mostly he just shrieks and screeches and makes this gross gurgling sound like he's gargling with spit.

Awww!!

I wouldn't get your hopes up too much though...as quick as they catch on, is as quick as they forget!

I haven't heard .oni say uh oh, is soooo long! Well, wait, she said it last night at .best .buy. She kept throwin my .c.d out the basket Rolling Eyes So 'x' that last statement...

BUt other than that, eye, nose, mama, dada, that's pretty much all she does. Oh she says no too. But only if she's mad that I told her no.

Ohhh! and she puts the phone up to her ear and goes "ewwo? ewwo?" with this soooo concerned face! it's hilarious!!!!!

Our babies are getting *waaay* too big!

I'm fully aware that its not actual talking but to them it is. They love the sound of their own voice and think they are actually are speaking. He has been doing this for about 1 week and its always the same sounds ..im pretty amazed still even if its not real ..lol

who's to say it's not real? if it's the same sound all the time then it sounds real to me. obviously he won't know the meaning of the word yet but that's how we all learn new words... by mimicking the sound Smile

my fur babies talk.
both can say hello - properly real clear hello.
and spice says momma.
3 or 4 times now he's put them together and said halllllloooooo mmmommaaaaaaa

Shocked yes, at 4am in the dark that is freaky.

and when you first get woken by what sounds like a scared 3 or 4 year old calling out in a little lost voice "hello? helloooo? helllloooooooo?" you know that little wavery voice that scared children have... sounds like they are about to burst into tears.

uh huh scary freaky

Alyvia says bababababababa. When she's crying she always wants me, and she goes mmmmmaaaaaaaammmmmaaaaaaaaa. She never does it when she's not crying, so I don't know. But She definitely says "mama" when she cries. Whether she means to say it or not, who knows.
