a very small possibility, if your really worried about it i would take a pregnancy test or see your dr to be sure. I had a friend who had her period the first 4 mths of her pregnancy, she was 20 wks along when she found out she was pregnant, but she wasnt taking birth control. Your period doesnt always come on the first day of the placebo pills in your pack either. But if your concerned talk to y ou dr about it they can do a blood test to determine for sure

You can be pregnant and still have a period, but that's not the main issue here.

Your chances of being pregnant are very very low, if the information you've given us is all there is to say. If you didn't miss any other pills that is.

If you've only taken one pill and it was 15 hours late...you didnt miss it at all...it is only a tiny minute chance that you could be pregnant.
