How much bloody show or discharge is normal? Yesterday I started having a bloody, pinkish discharge and at first it was just a little bit, but now it's really gross. I have to wear a pad because after I lay down for a while and I get up...I have a lot of discharge. Are you not supposed to have a lot? I'm not sure what "normal" is? Can someone please help?? Also, I got woken up this morning with some low painful contractions around 5am. I don't think they're the real thing though, because I can still talk through them and I can still pretty much tolerate them. They just feel like bad period cramps. I'm going to start timing the next time I have on though, just to make sure. But...In the mean time...Someone pleae help, cuz i'm kinda freaking about about the discharge thing.

Hey crystal,
you're past your due date right? If so, it's probably your mucus plug, if you haven't lost it already...I would definitely time your contractions because it could very well be the real thing, just not active labor yet...Keep us posted!
Much love and luck,
