I have a bladder infection and I'm dieing over here. I went to the doctor today and she called me some meds in but the really bad thing is that I dont get paid till tomorrow and I really dont think I can last that long. I was fine early but now I have fever, cold chills and my back hurts really bad. Also I'm at work and there is no way I can take off because there is noone to cover for me. Thats not all either ladys my husbands uncle just died about an hour ago and KAPs Aunt watches the baby for me dearing the day and now she is getting passed around through the family so someone can watch her. I hate it ladys I just want to cry and I feel like the baby is getting pawned off one everone and I 'm not that type of mother. It just me and my husband have way to many bill for me to quit my job right now. We talked about it and he said if we can pay off the credit cards then I can quit. I'm just having a really rough day and I want to go home to my little one.

Oh wow, .i'm so sorry. You don't have any savings you could draw from to fill your prescription? My husband and I make it a point to have at least $100 in cash on hand for emergencies, and if we touch it we replace the money immediately. This is definitely an emergency. You need those meds.

Try to drink lots of water today. If you have it handy, cranberry juice might help ease the symptoms a bit. Or you might want to try .azo. that can be found in just about any pharmacy. I don't think it's very expensive.

I'm so sorry to hear about your husband's uncle. Try to hang in there! Sad

ok make sure you get pleny of fluids - water or cranberry but avoid caffiene at all costs.

now when you pee it burns right... go get in the shower have it on cool and then pee while directing the water onto you hoo haa.

this will dilute your urine as it leave the body and ease the burning.
peeing will flush the bacteria out of your bladder so the more you can pee the faster the infection will clear up.

if you hold onto your pee the bacteria will breed and the infection will get worse.

oh am i so sorry to hear about your bad news.

i had over 20 kidney infections with my first pregnancy, 11 with my second and 4 with my third so i know what you are going through. it hurts like hell and my pains were as bad as labour pains.

i kept getting admitted to hospital hooked up on i.v for around a week at a time and spent most of my first pregnancy constantly in and out of maternity ward as they had no where else to put me (all the staff knew me)

i recommend cranberry tablets or juice, lots of water and get on some strong antibiotics. i ended up being on an oral suspension of cafalexin (completely forgot the spelling) right through my first pregnancy and it gave my chronic thrush Shocked

i hope it gets better soon

I'm sorry to hear about you having such a rough day. Just remember that anytime you are on antibiotics, especially strong ones, to always eat plenty of yogurt. Just make sure it has live culture in it. (it doesn't have to be yogurt..anything with live culture will do) I actually had a prescription for it called in once. The last, last, last thing you want when getting over a bladder infection is a yeast infection Shocked I hope you feel better soon!

I have such a bad bladder. I've had tons of bladder infections and pretty severe ones. I drank cranberry juice a lot but I hate it! I strated taking cranberry pills every day. They're jamiesons or whatever and although I have had a few infections since then they have gotten much less frequent.
I hope you feel better soon, they are so uncomfortable!

I did not get any sleep then we went to the Houston raceway Saturday cause the show pinks was there and I got sunburnt. didn't get to get my check Friday cause they messed something up at the bank so now I have to wait to get it thill sometime this week. Man i've had it rough the pass few days!!! Rolling Eyes Heather
