my fiance just stopped her last pack of
birth control 2 weeks ago....how soon can
she conceive and get pregnant?

Not quite sure but I know with me, I
stopped the birth control in January and
got pregnant in March.

well, let's look at some facts.
people can and do get pregnant sometimes
while on the pill, so that means it is
possible to ovulate while *still* on the
pill.
people can and do get pregnant when they
miss one or two pills, so that means it is
possible to ovulate right away after
stopping taking them.
people can and do get pregnant the first
month of trying.
it takes the average healthy couple around
12 months to conceive.
doctors recommend waiting until after your
first period after stopping taking the
pill, before trying to conceive.
fact: every woman is different.

Just to put someone elses experiance up it
took me about 7 months to really start
ovulating regularly again.

Well, Lol... I got pregnant the very first
month I was off birth control. Same thing
happened with my older sister. It really
depends on the woman, but generally I
*hear* that it takes about 3 months for a
woman's body to regulate itself after
going off the pill.
