I am a 19 year old white male and I have randomly starting suffering from a strange problem. Any time my body temperature rises lightly I break out in red rashes on my neck, chest, stomach, and arms. If I start to get really hot small white dots start to appear in these rashes. Along with the rash I feel an intense itching and prickly feeling all over the areas with the rash. When I scratch the area that itches, the itch suddenly moves to another area on my body and so forth. I have always played sports and have never had a problem sweating, but now it seems as though my body cannot sweat. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
