Hey, Im new here Smile

I haver been having These "episodes" for about a year now and My mum didint find out about these since christmas day when i had one infront of her, I had told her before but she didnt reely notice or care i dont know.

Anyway what happenes when im having them is,
1. I normally kind of stretch and then my breathing all changes.
2. ill feel as if i stiffen up.
3. Loose Concinoues
4. be on the floor

I dont shake or anything or jerk. But when reading about you can see pages of epilepsy where there Just fall to the floor, and normal fainting.

Anyway i have been to see the nuero and hes getting me an EEg done but he said if thats comesback clear he wont want to see me again.

Luke P.s By the way Im 14 if that helps

Luke, this is something you definately need to discuss with your mother or other adult. It may be a form of epilepsy. Just because an EEG is normal doesn't mean you are not having seizures. I have had them for 5 years, have had several EEGs and they have all been normal. Please I urge you again to talk to someone about this it is very important. You may need to see a different doctor if this one will not listen. And please try not to be too hard on your mom if she seems distracted about it. It may be that she doesn't want something to be wrong with you and doesn't want to think there could be. She may also see it as a way for you to be getting attention. I've had 2 teenage boys myself so that's coming from a mother with love and experience.
Good luck, Clovis

He said it could be hormonal but it hough would it last a year

The pins and needles feeling is something I'm not familair with, but something you should definately tell your doctor about. It might help to write down any time you have those or any odd feelings and what time of day what you were doing etc. That way you can remeber everything and make sure your doc. knows all your symptoms so he can help you get a proper diagnosis.

Good luck, Clovis

(P.S. glad your mom is up to speed on what's going on. Very Happy )
