I have been constantly dizzy for 4 months. Not spinning but lightheaded and foggy. I also have constant headaches, mostly at the base of my head. I have had complete blood work, all normal, went to neurologist, had MRI, all normal, went to ENT, all normal, TMJ dentist, sleeping with teeth guard, not helping, went to chiropractor and accupunturist, no change. I don't know what else to do- Dr has told me to try anti depressants - I know I'm not depressed and don't want to walk around medicated. Any other suggestions- from whar I'm reading, many other undiagnosed sufferers. I woke up one morning with it, and keep hoping each morning I'll wake up and it will be gone.

Dizziness
I would recommend you take a blood glucose tolerance test before you jump into anxiety meds. However, if you decide to go the medication route consider a benzodiazepene rather than a typical antidepressant and go to an anxiety disorder specialist rather than a GP. Antidepressants come with a long list of side effect and can cause dependency whereas benzos have very few side effects, work faster and better, and also can cause dependency. The choice is yours, but I would start with the BGT test and then consider your anxiety med options.

Take care,
OE

Thanks, I'll try that because I really don't have any anxiety
