i was wondering....... i have heard from a few ladies that with their experience with takeing yaz they lost a significant about of weight........ has anyone els heard this or maby even experienced it? lemi kno im about to start takeing it this month

Unfortunately, what I hear most from women on birth control is weight gain, not loss.

I have been on Yaz now for 5 months...II have not experienced any weight change either way.

i've been on yaz for 4 months now and i've gained about 5 pounds. The weight gain or loss is different for everyone. It's not so much as water weight as it is appetite change. Just don't be a couch potato, stay active.

Extremely eHealthy
I was on yaz for almost a year and didn't lose or gain any weight. But, it will differ from woman to woman.

I will say this. I have been on Yaz for 5 months. The first three months were great. The 4th month i got really moody. And for the last 5 weeks I have had breakthrough bleeding every single day. I called my doc on Monday and hes luckily switching me to something different this next month
