Q: Small Bump Slightly Anal Area

Hey, I'm hoping this is the correct place to post this. In the last couple days I've noticed a very small dark blue bump on the skin of the anal area area. It has a very mild discomfort. Any thoughts would be very helpful. I was thinking it was an anal abscess, but the strange discoloration makes me unsure. Thanks.

so it is slightly internal if i push it. I'm pretty sure its hemorrhoids now. Should I see a doctor about it or just try and work it out myself?
