I have had protruding disks after I had 4
children.. I think the 4 epidurals had
something to do with that. Anyway, when
they start to hurt I would try different
thing to help the pain, naproxin,
skelectal (sp.). I don't like taking
pills.
I found this Cryo-MAX cold pack in
Walgreens for $17.00. I put it in the
freezer overnight and it comes with a
pouch that straps around me. I found this
works well and I can still be on the move.
I have worn
it under my clothes. It stays cold for a
real long time. It is also reusable, so
it lives in my freezer.
Is it my imagination or does the cold on
my back for long periods of time really
help?
