HI! I hope someone can help me. For the past year I have had frequent heart burn, acid reflux and rib discomfort. Now for the past 4 days my stomach has been in knots, my sternum hurts to tough it right obove my stomach and breathing issues. It seems to be better a little since I stopped eating bread and sugar, but why doea my sternum hurt? I have looked it up and it could possbly be costochondroitis but why am I so nauseous? Anyone with ideas, similar symptoms? Thanks for any inpput! Amanda
