hello.

i am in the army, and last winter i was diagnosed with pump bumps or haglund deformity. the doctor said that there wasn't alot that they could do for me, i wore soft shoes for a week. From my research online about all i can do is stop running or stop wearing boots. that being kind of difficult i have to run, and than wear boots everyday.

Is their any other treatment?

thnx

Well, I might recommend resting those poor feet! To do this, you might try putting them up against the wall when you lay in bed...or putting them on a chair as you lay on the floor. 10-15-20 minutes can drain the blood, enhancing circulation. Given your occupation, it doesn't sound like you've got any other alternative!

i hadn't thought about elevating them, i'll try that. circulation is my next thing to work on, i'm 6' 4" and a good 3' of that is legs that fall asleep too much.

thankyou
