While there's lots of info out there about different types of natural supplements, there's little about taking these in combination. Does anyone know if taking macca and vitex at the same time is helpful, detrimental, neither? Thanks - Cate

Hi SeeJae I took Macca for one cycle, and it was the worst period I have EVER had. For some reason I had an abnormal heavy flow. I didn't take it in combination with Vitex though. All the research I did about Macca told me that it was pretty safe to take with other supplements because it is a vegetable. Good luck!
