Problem...

Well I have no idea how normal this is, but I've noticed it during masturbation, and when I attempted to have sex the first time.

Well simply put, the foreskin, at the very tip when I'm errect, does not slide over the head of my penis, and when pulled on to do so, it just hurts. Now this in no way effects masturbating, because it doesn't need to have a continuous pulling more than it can go feeling.

During my first time trying o have sex, my girlfriend was on top, and was just sliding down on me and it just pulled at the foreskin, trying to get it over the head of my penis obviously, and it is too tight to slide over, causing just pain.

I've noticed in porn movies that the skin over the guy's penis, when he isn't circumsized, always slides nicely down, allowing the head to fully be out, and inside.

Can someone give me any advice? or comments...?

I cannot say too much about this as I don't know a whole lot about it. I have heard of it happening before, however, so I can certainly say that you're not alone. Have you talked to a doctor about it (as embarrassing as that may be)?

Hey dude, you just have to slowly pull down your foreskin everyday, until the point you can't pull it down anymore. Through time, week after week, you should notice a difference and change to how far you can pull it down. After about a month or so your foreskin should be able to go down all the way, without any problems. This is what I did when I was younger. Hope this helps!

Thats about all you can say. It is very common for uncircumsized men to have this problem. The only way your going to fix it without getting circumsized is to pull back the forskin severeal xs a day for a few weeks to "stretch" it out. Then you will be able to pull it fully back.
