Q: Which Augmentation Is Better?

First off, one of my breasts is larger than the other one. And it's really firm. Also, on the smaller breast size, my rib is indented inwards so that probably contributes to the problem.

Which option is better? Silicon or saline implants? Under breast muscle or on top?

I've already seen a plastic surgeon for a consultation but I want to get as much information as possible.

Behind the muscle wall and saline..Have had them for over 7 years. By putting the implants behind the muslce wall, you achieve a more natural look and in time will "hang" just like normal breast. Although silicon is back on the market, I would much rather have saline in my body if it were to ever burst, than saline.............Hope this helps! Cool
