Q: Penis Muscle

every 3 hours i have a pain all along my penis even when it goes through the sack and occaisonaly with lower abdo pain like just above the penis is and after weing , kinnda hard to explain, but when u 'pull back' to get the urine to finish there is a light sharp pain should i be concerned at all? please help out
