Q: Help W/ Ear Problems After Running

This started about a year ago, and has continued now since I have joined the Track Team. Every time after I do a hard running workout in track, I get ear problems in my left ear only. It feels almost like when you are in an airplane and your ear pops. I can't hear as well on my left ear when this happens and it just feels weird, but then it goes away after about 15-20 minutes. It feels like my ear gets plugged. This happens every time i do a hard running workout. Does anyone know what it is, thanks.

ear runs
My ear runs and runs when I sleep cause I sleep on the left side, the pillow is wet and sticky in the morning, but my ear is crusty and white hard stuff comes out and I have less hearing in that ear until I get all the hard stuff out, what is this and what is causing it, and how do you get rid of it. Went to the doctor and they told me I had swimmers ear, I dont get water in my ears and dont go swimming.
