about 4 weeks ago i started to notice a discomfort under my left rib cage, it was not really painfull but i did not like the feeling, now the discomfort comes and goes but when i put my hand on the spot of the discomfort i its sensative so i know something is not right there...about 2 weeks after i started to get constipated like bad, to the point where i would eat and my stomach would just get soooo bloaded, it felt like my food was getting stuck somewhere inside me, now i am not as constipated as i was before but a few times i noticed bright red spots on my bowels, and my bowels have been a light brown and very tarry and i have been feeling sick and have had alot of nasua and for the last 3 days i have been experencing testical pain my appitiete is very good and i might have lost about 5 pounds. I went to about 5 doctors and they say its not serius, i have a blood test waiting for a H. pylori infection and i have a upper gi series xray comming up....

can any of you tell me whats going on im very very scared, i heard that the H. pylori can be cancerous, im 19. I just don't understand how they say its not serius.. and i have been feeling bad like this for a month and somethings are getting better while others are getting worse.
