Hey Girl
First of all being preggy takes a lot out of ya!! You got that baby in there and it is taking a lot from you. It takes your nutrients, calcium, everything to have a baby grow in side of you. For your first trimester, you are usually really tired. As for thee second, you will notice an energy burst. Well, some women do. I know I dont. After this cold goes away it will get better, got to excersize more. For now it is so cold I only do one lap. I need to do about 3 or 4.
Laying on your tummy, don't. Your baby lets you know if you are hurting her, so if you feel pain you need to lay a diffrent way. Your uterus is getting bigger and soon you will be able to feel it below your naval. So I hoped I helped.
Lots of love,
heather

Yes, you will be physically drained. Even early on in your pregnancy. It's a rough journey on your body. Are you on prenatal vitamins? That helps a little bit.
