I am a 19 year old male that has been diagnosed with Anklyosing Spondylitis, joint pain and inflammation is a everyday occurence for me, but 3 days ago I injured my neck playing WII the new nintendo system when I made a pitching motion when playing a baseball game and heard a snap in the back of my neck. Ever since then the pain has honestly been unbearable, my aunt even gave me some morphine, which did not touch the pain and the pain has not improved any since the day of the injury. I can't turn my neck in any direction without severe discomfort and no matter which way my neck is positioned the pain is tear-jerking. I do not know if this a common injury and because of my condition I am feeling a lot more pain that a normal person would or if I should seek medical attention. I have had some weakness in my right arm as well and I can't concentrate on anything and feel nauseated because of the pain. I was just going to try to wait it out because I thought that I was feeling more pain due to my AS, but 3 days without any improvement...don't know how much more I can take. Should I go to the ER?

yes you should go back, sounds like you have pinched a nerve and is effecting its supply to your rightarm.

Re:neck Injury
You should have gone as soon as it happened. You may have pinched a nerve, but you have have other damage and the longer you wait the worse it may get.
