About two months ago, I felt a needle like pin prick seemingly in the arm muscle in my right shoulder.. I thougt it was an insect bite and ignored it.

Then it reoccured, which seemed a strange coincendence - it goes away in aoubt 3 - 5 days.

It has now reoccured again.. it seems to move a little.. (an inch or so), and it leaves a small skin marks. .(again, like a healing insect bite)

The pain is pretty severe.. really like a needle being inserted into the skin, and seems to be aggravated with clothing, or stretching.
