Has anyone else experienced this?? Let me know....thanks

I am 40, I have been on the pill for 20 years, give or take, I went off because of my age and I am on high blood pressure medicine, and I am
overweight...this is the second menstrual cycle I have skipped since going off...I have heard this is quite normal...just the other day I took a pregnancy test and it was negative...it is necessary to go to the doctor
or should I be patient and let nature take its course... Question Confused

I would be patent for now. Because of your age and how long you were on the pills, it could take a long time for your body to return to normal.
