Hey ladies....I've decided to come back to the forum. I am only going to respond to positive postings and questions. I've been through some really scary stuff these past few days and I have calmed down a tad bit, and decided to look at things in general a little differently. Well I miss you guys...(you know who you are!) so I am looking forward to chatting with you again.

Jayden came down with real bad cough. She was choking on phlem and such. She has had this cough since she was like 1 month old, but its progressively getting worse. I had to take her to the er the other night. Along with all the stress on here. It was horrible. But anyways they did a chest x ray and had to send it out to be looked at by a pediatric specialist. They think that she has an underlying condition. It's really scary..She could choke and die at night. So I have to watch her alot!! She sleeps in my room off and on now. Hoping it's just a bad cold that will pass. There isn't any real history of any lung related sicknesses in either steve's family or mine. So things are looking a little better. Jayden is also teething and I cannpt give her tylenol to supress her fever or pain because the doc said tylenol will help loosen her cough up more and make her choke on phlem even more. It's really scary.

Omg you poor thing!! I would be so terrified of something like that! I will keep her in my prayers. Also during the day maybe have someone come over and watch her so you can get some sleep, cause I know you are probably not getting any! Good luck!

So Sorry Sara
Well, I am glad we talked. I know jayden is gonna be just fine! They just need to locate the problem and then they will get her on some medicine and you will see, it will get so much better. For now, are they changing her formula, or making you give her some water, pedialyte, something not as thick as the formula to help keep her phlem lighter. With cheyenne we were always told to push in the sucking bulb and put it to the inside of her mouth and let go, it helps suck out some of the phlem and keeps her from choking so much. Don't worry its gonna be okay. I have you 3 in my prayers.
Lots of love
heather
