brown discharge is old blood and no it is not considered a period!

I had sex with me husband and we no use protection. We are ttc without success. And then I had brownish discharge and was unsure what it means. And my periods are normal light blood. It sounds like you want to be pregnant so you're seeing "signs" everywhere. I didn't have cravings in my pregnancy until my second and third trimesters. Urine changes colors (light vs dark) depending on how much/little water you drink.

If you think you might be pregnant, just take a test.
