I have been living with cyclothymia and severe panic disorder for nearly 8 years (probably longer) and this book has been one the greatest tools and means of support for me. It was given to me by a dear friend and I now suggest it to anyone who has trouble understanding my actions and inactions in life. I also suggest it to anyone who experiences similar behaviors or has loved ones going through manic-depressive episodes.

Thank you in advance for getting a copy of this book and reading it right away... I am confident that it will be a compelling and eye opening read.

Does anyone else have any reading that they emphatically recommend (more emotional therapy than medical journal in style)? I would love to hear about them!
