For about the last 5-6 months I have been having severe swelling and pain in my nostrils.... It happens about once a month.... It starts with the right nostril then as it heals up after a few days it goes to the other nostril... in all lasts about a week

The pain starts in just a small spot (almost feels like a pimple that doesn't surface) then spreads to my whole nostril and swells up that whole side of my nose... when it hits its most swollen point I can even feel the pain spread out from my nose kind of between my nose and eye.... it's very strange and causes a lot of pain...

Any ideas???

it sounds like you have an infection that cause the inflammation of your nose. you might want to try something orally to reduce the inflammation.
