most of you have some sort of feeding schedule for your babies - whether it's every 3 1/2 hours or every 5 hours...

how do you fit it into your day.

like on a typical day when do you/baby get up.
do you have chores that you fit in on certain days?

do you plan grocery shopping around feed/nap times?

We wake up at about 7.30/8. Play around in the bed for about 30 mins while she sucks down some water. (she sleeps with ehr mouth open and she gets severe dry mouth! lol!)

Then we get up, let the dogs out, and I feed her her applesauce. SHe drinks her milk while I do the dishes.

THen I'll make me some eggs/toast and grub.

I let her out of her high chair when she's done and she roams around the entire house until about 10/10.30. SHe'll nap, usually, till about 1.

While she's sleeping, I'll clean anything else that I have to...start a load of clothes and hop on here till the load's done.

When she wakes up, she eats once again (veggies, then fruit, then milk). THen she'll just roam around till her .dada gets home.

SHe'll fall asleep for about a half an hour nap at 4.30. Dada takes .sugar for a walk and then we all hang out till 8.30.

Baron bathes her every night and puts her clothes on. I feed her and she goes night night till the mornin time!

If I gotta go somewhere, while she's roaming around, I'll pack her bag, then dress her, then we roll out! lol! I'm a severe multi tasker!

my day well jordynne wakes up at either 3 or 5am , 3am if she eats around 8 and falls asleep if she eats 9 or 10 and fall asleep aroudn 10 she wakes up at 5am to eat, usually goes backt o sleep for a couple hrs, then josephs up i go get him up give him breakfast, then by the time thats all said and done jordynne usually eats again, i try and wash dishes in the morning when he isnt all riled up and right after jordynne eats then during their naps if they sleep atthe same time i clean the rest of my house, jordynne goes 4-5 hrs now between eating she is up to 6oz recently. some days its hard to cook dinner, josephs crazy and then jordynne sometimes gets cranky cuz she is awake for a while by then, so i run back and forth soothing her and cooking. when we go anywhere i try and leave the house right after she has just eating since most places take an hr at least to get to. otherwise i get a bottle ready in the diaper bag.
drs appointments are a diff story whatever time they give me is when it is lol so then i get ready 2 hrs in advance so im not rushing around making sure theyre all fed diaperd and clothed and ready to go.

well this is a little harder for me because i work. so i will give you a work day scedual and then my week end. too.

I get up at 5.30 and get my self ready ie shower, hair, clothed makeup, ect. then i proceed to get her clothes ready, and get her diaperbag ready and then he bottle.

I get her up and we play for a few mins or if she was really sleeping i will pick her up and rock he...this is at about 6.30. i feed her a 6 oz bottle and get her dressed and ready to go.

we leave the house at 7.30 to get to work at 8. Amelia goes down for a nap at 9.00. at 10.30 i go down and feed her rice and fruit. then at 12.30 i go down and give her a bottle....5 oz is all she will eat. she goes down for another nap at 1.30 and at 3.30 i go and give her another 6 oz bottle. we leave work at 4.45 and she will play until 6. and i will give her her dinner, rice and a veggie...then at 8.15 she gets her last bottle for the day, normally between 5-6 oz....then we start all over again.

Mondays i do my clothes so i work that in
tuesdays i do her clothes
wenesday i do towels and anyextra there may be ie bath rugs additional clothes i may have missed ect.
thursday i do my floors and dust
fridays, i chill

on the weekends i keep the same scedual normally...but i have errends to run. so normally after/inbetween naps i do them....but she is getting older so it's not as hard for us. now when i was breast feeding it was harder for us.
everyday i vaccume and do a general clean up and dishes.

this is my schedule give or take a bit...

We get up around 7:30 and Finn has his first bottle. Then we hang out and play for a while and he goes back to sleep around 8:30-9.

Sometimes I go back to bed but lately i haven't been. I play video games and come on here.

finn wakes up around 10-10:30, we play some more. his new favorite is peekaboo and it's hilarious. he gets a bath every other day and this is usually around when i'll give it to him.

another 6oz around 11:30 and down for a nap around noon.

back up around 2 and we play some more.

another bottle around 3 and down for another nap by 3:30.

nick gets home at 5 and i start dinner. we're usually eating between 5:30-6, which is convenient since finn is almost always asleep during our dinnertime.

i usually have to wake finn up from his evening nap, i never let him go past 6:30. i give him another bottle and then he and daddy have their playtime and stories.

at 8:30 i top him off with 4oz or so and he's back to bed for the night.

nick and i are in bed by 10.

we rarely go out and it totally throws finn off if we do. he doesn't sleep if we're out and if he happens to fall asleep in the car he'll wake up the second we stop.

i do the dishes as i use them so they're never built up and i never have to spend time cleaning the kitchen. i let laundry build up until i have 3 good loads and i'll do them all on the same day, probably twice a week. other chores (like vacuuming, cleaning the bathroom, dusting) i'll do as needed and i usually save it for the weekend. i go grocery shopping on saturday nights because the store is dead then and nick can stay home with finn.

oh, and the dog is completely nick's thing. i can't even remember the last time i took him out.

honestly, i don't do much during the week days except play with finn, watch tv, play video games, go online. i have no life.

edit: i usually shower in the afternoon, either when he's asleep or when he's in swing watching sesame street. if he's asleep i'll take my time and shave and wash my hair, if he's in his swing i just soap up and rinse and skip my hair.

Kaylee usually wakes up about 6:30-7:00.. I change her & feed her..
About 7:30, I lay her on her blanket on the floor with her toys so I can pee & grab something to eat. Then I'll clean up the living room a little bit & start laundry while she's playing.
She'll usually take a little cat nap between 8 & 9 so when she does that I'll jump online for a little while. My doctor told me I *need* to start relaxing while .Kaylee is sleeping because .I've been getting really bad tension headaches. But anyways..
Then she'll be up again to be changed & eat.. Then we play for awhile & about 11 she'll take her 2 hour nap & that gives me time to get more cleaning done, get a shower & eat.
After her nap she's usually up the whole rest of the day. She eats about every 2 hours or so between 4-6 oz at a time plus she'll have cereal twice a day or when she's feeling up to it, 3 times a day.
Our day goes pretty smoothly I guess.. If I need to go get groceries or something in town I wait until after her 11-1 nap that way she won't be grumpy.

On days that I work, I have to be at work by 7:05am so I get up at 5:30 to get a shower. The night before I'll take her walker, clothes & toys down to the car so all I have to worry about grabbing on my way out the door is her bottles. She doesn't wake up while I'm putting her snow suit on her which is soooo nice!! My mom keeps the same schedule with .Kaylee as I do so when I get out of work at 2 we just pick right up as usual.

Alyvia nurses on demand. I feed her cereal with a fruit or veggie twice a day. I try to squeeze a third meal in, but she only takes a couple of bites and then refuses the rest.

We wake up when she wakes up, and we're in bed by 9 or 10, usually.

I shower when my husband comes home from work. I'm too paranoid about leaving her unattended (even if she's sleeping). I'm scared she'll wake up and cry and I won't hear her because I'm in the shower.

there isn't anything wrong with your baby crying for a few mins while you are in the shower. Nothing at all.....But i guess if you have a partner/husband/boyfriend/mother/father/si ster/ect...then there would be no reason not to have your baby tended to....but for me....i get one when i can.

you don't have a monitor? So you can hear exactly what goes on in the room. I can hear .oni breathing loudly if I want too. I just turn the volume up!
