I didn't know where else to post this
article about L-Theanine. In the process
of study, I came across an excellent
article that may be helpful to many
searching for a very safe product to take
to induce relaxation, boost concentration
and learning ability. It really gave me
Relaxation.

L-theanine and 5-HTP are both really good
natural supplements that help you relax.
Supplementing on a regular basis with them
will even reduce the anxiety to almost
zero.

Thanks for sharing this valuable info.
I've been using Theramood product (it
contains L-Theanine along with
5-hydroxytryptophan) for about a month. I
don't use it often, but I do feel very
confident about using it when I do.
Definitely recommend it also. People
suffering from Stress, Anxiety or
depression can try this product. Be
healthy and be happy.
