Q: Red Eyes & Dry Eyes

Everyday for some reason my eyes become bloodshot ... possibly due to dry eyes or sensitivity to light? I also wear contacts from about 9am-11pm daily so maybe that causes it. I asked my doctor if there was anything I can do but he said it was fine and I left it at that.

Is there anything else I can use, I've tried all types of Visine and Clear Eye products which work temporarily, maybe about an hour or so and that's it. Does anyone have the same problem or know of any solutions to this? I'm worried because 1. it looks unhealthy and it looks like I am ALWAYS tired when I'm not, and 2. It's not very attractive to look at a person who's eyes are totally bloodshot all the time!?!

Help anyone?!

you might need to change brands of contacts. Sometimes your eyes cant handle a certain brand.

Also try changing your overnight solution to something for sensitive eyes, like bausch and lomb for sensitive eyes.

Another thing.. have you tried using clear eyes dry eyes? Or just clear eyes for soft contacts?
