So for the last year and a half we have been trying to have a baby, I had one miscarriage back in march.

Well up until I got pregnant my boyfriend and I, smoked pot.... and since then I have stoped and been getting my life together and I would have to say it has been working out real nice. Now My boyfriend smoked for a good while after and just here latly stoped and we have been trying to have a baby but have not had the best of luck.

Does anyone have any tips to help me out?

well I tried signing up with that site called Fertility Friend that I saw a link to on here.

I have been to the doc. and that didnt say anything was wrong with me.... and I'm thinking maybe its him since he had been smoking pot for so long and we are both cigarette smokers....I just dont know what to do.

hi! smoking really affects fertility on both sides. try and quit or really cut back at least and that might help some. i had a m/c last april and it took me another 9 months to get pregnant! but i also had to start on clomid to get me ovulating regularly. are your cycles regular? temperature charting really gives you so much information if you haven't actually started doing it try it. doing that saved me a lot of extra testing and time because i just brought my charts in to my Dr and he looked at them and was like, ok we are going to start you on clomid next month...
opk's work pretty good too, but that is more expensive than charting.
good luck!!!!!!!
