Question I have had this pain for months now, it has increased over the months, but i have gone to two dr.s now and they find nothing wrong, mri with mrcp, ct scan, ultra sound, all my blood tests are coming back normal and my testing seems to be ok, one testing showed that i had narrowing in my bile duct but then the mri showed up to be normal. but i still have pain, spasms, sometimes i have chest pains on my left side but i am not sure if that has anything to do with my ruq paid. anyhow i wanted to know if anyone had suggestions, i do not get nausea after i eat either

thanks Sad

They did do a Pepida Scan BUT apparently the Dr. wasnt specific on ordering the other half of the test that would make the gallbladder contract so i have to repeat the test this week. The only thing they stated was that there was some narrowing of the bile duct but it was still considered normal.

Pancreas
If you touch back, you should read the forum of Sphincter fo Odi, also has your LIpace ever been up. And the test they should do is a Hyda scan with infraction. Also that narrowing of the bile duct can cause all the pain.Ask your doc if he think you may have Pancreas Devesum, In gestationt he pancreas is in two prieces then form to one, sometimes the duct work does not form right causing and I know RIght upper Quad pain acute pancreatitis, fatigue, heart race that accompany's pancreas problems. The fix is a endoscopic procedure that cut the duct open. Let me know how the scan goes and ask the question. Don't let them telll you your doing damage with this pain cause if it's you pancreas you could be getting scars. That can lead to chronic pancreatitis and don;tlet them bully you thinking your an alcholic

Pepida Scan
Well my results came back and now I have to have my gallbladder removed. I guess I have a lazy gallbladder it is not pumping the 36% that it should so the Dr. says I should have it removed. So i hope this solves all my problems. Thanks for everything. if anyone has any advice please let me know.
