I believe there are mouth guards that you
can buy either online or at a brick and
mortar store I'm not sure....that are
filled with water. (Actually I think I got
mine at Walmart now that I think about
it.) You ear it at night and that prevents
tooth grinding and clenching teeth.
I bought one once to prevent my teeth
clenching, but I found it a little
uncomfortable since my mouth is so small.
They are somewhat customizable, and much
cheaper than a dentist's customized
version.
There are also regular day/night mouth
guards. Just do a search online and you
should come up with something. None of
these should be over 20 bucks.

bruxism mouth guard are hard ones and are
custom made you should invest in this
because it would be costly but you will
save a lot of money because with time
bruxism patients end in costly restorative
treatments so buy it and you will save
money and it will protect your teeth and
muscles
