I read on a website that those two are in fact identical that tri nessa has alower dosage of horomones then ortho tri cyclin. I do now want lo dose pills. I havent found anything else besides the one site, im wanting to call my dr to ask them to and possibly switch, but it would do no good seeing that my husband cannot get there today but maybe another day when he is there. but i didnt know that.
