Hey John,

Great to hear!

Did you expirement with a girlfriend or yourself for a while? I have no girl in my life so masturbation isn't real enough to practice. I am about a 25 second guy without a condom and about a 1 to 1 1/2 minute guy with a condom. I have noticed if I masturbate without too hard of a grip I can last for 20 min+, however as soon as I start to really squeeze hard onto the head when masturbating I can get off in about a minute. I feel the tighter the grip is around the head the more sensitive the penis head is and I can't stop the feeling from masturbating. I feel like its a head sensitivty problem that can not be fixed.

However, I want to try and relax the PC muscle, I just don't know when its contracted and don't even know where to start on knowing or trying to relax the Pc. Any advice?

I read them but unfortunately you dont explain how to relax the PC muscle or at least how to realize the PC muscle is relaxed. Without this I can't help myself.

I have an odd problem with PE myself and any insight would be great. I tend to only last a few min's when im having actual intercourse BUT my (now ex-partner) Complained that oral sex took to long to get me off. And i think she's correct as if i wanted it to it could take all night.


I dont understand my lack of control during intercourse. Any thoughts?

Yeah I would also like to hear some more details of how the results finally kicked in. For me, I noticed I could hold off a bit more when i jerked it If i relaxed. But still my PC woudl eventually auto-clinch when getting to my first excitement point. If i managed to pass that by slowing down, it was easier after. During sex, its a bit harder, as movements cant be predicted and it still auto-contracts but i do have a bit more control. Last Week I started relaxing my PC throughout the day. And its pretty tough. I havent noticed results from that yet. I noticed that im always kinda clinching, even if its a just a bit. Im taking your advice and gonan do it for a few months.

Questions for John and the others who have found success:


How long did it take for results? Were the first few weeks the same? Im waiting for teh huge breakthrough you got. After a few months you noticed a huge difference? Can u please describe how your results slowly came in, from, the first week to the next few months?

How does it feel during sex? Are u totally able to keep them relaxed without trying? I can relax during masturbation, but during sex, i will feel the contraction still fairly early and it gets tough to relax at that point.

I try to relax, but sometimes its tough, even when i walk, so I also push. Using reverse kegels. Did u do a similar method? I feel like it gets kinda sore from pushing. Which may make it contract more since its worked out. Did u feel any of this?

Well for me my results came the first time I had sex after doing this exercise for about a week. I practiced everyday to keep it relaxed all the time and during masturbation.

Especially during masturbation. For the masturbation part i would use lube and masturbate at the same pace and grip without stopping and see how long it would last. I gained more and more control of the muscle in till i felt i could hold off for about 10 minutes straight. I still continue this and I notice improvements every time.

But this was the problem. I felt the same way with the auto clenching thing, i felt i could only hold it off for so long before it just clenches itself. It all happened this one week when i was just pissed off and sick of having PE I want all out making sure i can control the muscle. Then when it came to sex i was sick of it so i was really trying not to let it contract at all. I put %100 concentration on keeping it relaxed and it was pretty successful. I lasted longer than i ever did before. About the feeling during sex when i am in control it does not feel very intense at all. It feels good but not overwhelming. The overwhelming feeling is what the pc muscles helped me to learn to control. You need to find out what makes that feeling go away completely and for me it was relaxing the pc muscles

It was that success that boosted my confidence enough to truly gain control. I went and had sex with my girlfriend but this time excited and happy to do it, not nervous and worried. The sex was awesome and i felt in control of my ejaculation. I'm still following the same routine and i am still noticing improvements. If you are doubting your control at all it wont work. You need to KNOW you have compete control of keeping that tingling feeling away

well i've been paying attention to this thread for a while now and decided to try out John414 way of doing it. I've mastrubated once doing it so far and trying to relax the pc muscle and wow i did not notice how much i auto clench. So I tried to relax my pc as much as possible and so far after this one trial it has gotten me good results. For for the past month or so when I masturbate, with slow strokes, it has become unbearable after about 2-5 minutes (not that I last that long, i'll stop and relax when I think i'm too close and go even slower, if i go in actuality with non stop strokes i probably last around 1 minute or so). While doing my same routine with an attempt to relax my pc, it became unbearable around 15 minutes. I was amazed as I didn't really feel the super tingly feeling until after 6 minutes but then i relaxed the pc and kept on going with my slow strokes and of course stopping briefly when I think I was getting too close until it became too much around 15 minutes.

Granted this is only the one time I've done this but I hope this is a good sign. I'm going to attempt to be conscious of my pc throughout the day and we'll see how it goes.

hey everyone just giving a little update on my experience. At first when timing my masturbation non stop or slowing down with lube it was about 2 minutes without focusing and relaxing

The news just keeps getting better and better. After about a month of this i can go 20 minutes straight without slowing down with lube now. My body has truly been adapting to this exercise.

And the even better news! I am having sex with my girl and she is consistently orgasming before me. That would have been a joke a month ago.

Through this month i am beginning to see that even though the relaxing of the pc is very important there is something mental that also helps to suppress that overwhelming feeling but still most of it has to do with the muscles

I am glad other people are having success with this too. Lets keep this up and keep everyone informed of your progress!


PS: I stumbled on this website and while reading through I realized that this technique i have been explaining and using with success is exactly what this website is talking about. Its some tantra thing and learning how to relax muscles but stay focused. It exactly what i have been doing

Hey guys. Awesome thread we got here. Heres my problem, I need t solve this problem as it is eating me away inside.

To be honest Im not even sure if I have PE, but I dont know. I am 22 year old male. I just got out of a 3.5 year relationship that featured alot of sex. During this period I dont recall PE being a big issue. Sure it came up every once in awhile, but nothing that was to frequent. I can only remember a few occasions specifically. But I have been single for about 5 months now. And I now suddenly have some serious anxiety about this issue. A few thing have happened that have made me feel this way.

A. I have gotten a few lap dances since then that I have came in my pants from. Granted they werent your regular lap dances, and both times the chick was grinding on my dick. Regardless that worried me.

B. I had one hook up since then and I came very fast. Probably in the first 2 minutes. It was horrible. i was ashamed, and embarrassed.


So Im not sure if I have it or not, but the issue is causing me some serious stress and even depressed feelings. I think I already have some serious anxiety issues in my life that my be contributing, but cant go see a Doc from lack of insurance. Im getting real bummed out. I look at a hot female, and it makes me sad. Makes me feel like Im not man enough to please them. I dont know. I dont know if this is being manifested stemming from other reasons from the break up or not. But the worst thing is, Im to scared to go out and see if this is a big issue for me or not. Im scared of getting PE again and then getting even lower. Any help would be appreciated.

Couple quick things from everybody.

1. When practicing the relaxation of the pc during masturbation.....are you guys masturbating with porn or without?

2.Is it possible that an over visual stimulation can cause PE? I think that may be part of my problem at times.

JPS since you never had it before you should definitely not be worried. Since this just started happening it means you knew how to control yourself before probably on a sub conscious level.

Orgasm occurs from the steady increase in muscle tension in till the muscle tension signals time for release. You are most likely doing something differently then before. Such as tightening certain muscles from you being nervous or whatever the reason could be.

I would suggest practicing learning to relax all the muscles around your penis area. Especially the PC muscle and all the other muscles around that area. Relax them all day everyday.

Learn to relax them during masturbation. While masturbating try to see and feel what muscles tighten when you start stimulation, then stop and try to feel what muscles relax the second you stop. This will make you aware of what muscles are tensioning causing the feeling of orgasm approaching. Then focus on learning to keep those muscles relaxed. This takes a lot of focus.

Also don't stop when you feel pleasure, learn to use the muscle relaxing to make it subside. Don't slow the masturbation down. Your muscles are in control of the orgasm not the stimulation you are feeling. The pleasure for me at least comes in little waves. Before, i would stop when this wave of pleasure would come, but now i know that with controlling my muscles i can make it subside again.

If you get that feeling you are going to come focus very hard on relaxing and making that feeling go away.

I use this idea that during sex my arousal level is around 60%. orgasm being 100%. With the control of those certain muscles my arousal during sex is always changing around 50% to 70%. Once i get to around 80 to 90% i would have to stop so i never let it get that far till i am ready to come.

I had PE bad and this technique was the only thing that worked for me and it worked so good i feel like i have complete control now. I know i just wrote a lot, but I truly hope everyone on here can understand what i am saying. Because i thought i had no hope and i feel like this can cure everyone if you guys really understand me and try this.

You need to be committed and be aware and focused to make this work.

I have been experimenting with the muscle technique for masturbation. I find that I can last as long as I want if I am not watching porn. But watching porn makes me want to cum alot faster. Its like I get to excited from visual things, and I dont think its so much physical with me. Because like I said, masturbating as hard as I can I could still last as long as I wanted with no visual stimulation.....so Im not sure what to do.

i kind of had the same problem i think its just a mental thing you lose focus when you start looking at porn and let yourself get over excited. And now you are expecting to lose control whenever you look at porn so its even harder to stay focused. I felt the same way when i was with my gf and looking at porn but i learned that no matter how visually stimulated i am as long as i stay focused and truly know that i have control its not a problem

Hi guys, I only recently found this thread within the past few days and have been reading a lot of it.

I am only 18 but fear that I have bad PE. Whenever me and my girlfriend are rubbing on each other after about fifteen minutes I will come in my pants and it's horrible. I am not sure what to do. I have actually not had sex yet and fear it because of this. I believe it does have to do with my masturbation habits when I was younger so I do have hopes that I can be cured. Whenever watching porn and masturbating I only last a couple minutes. I have tried doing kegels and they don't seemed to have helped at ALL. Yesterday I did try relaxing during masturbation and lasted a good 23mins but with a couple slow downs. But as with JPS it gets worse with visual stimulation. I am not sure how I will be able to focus on being relaxed when I am with my girlfriend. My fears of sex are so large you couldn't imagine. So I will keep trying to relax during masturbation and hopefully my body will adapt.

guys, I haven't posted in a while, but I may have got onto something. So the key is relaxing your PC muscle, the thing is, thats easier said than done.

But, it seems that if you contract the opposite muscle, as tho you are taking a crap, it automatically relaxes the reverse muscle, your PC.

So if you know what I'm talking about, when your masterbating and you feel like your about to go or uncontrollable PC contractions, pretend like you are taking a dump (do that forcefull push of your butt muscle) its hard to explain, but I hope you get it.

Before doing this, masterbating I was going 10 minutes.

Now I went up to 45.

i was on SSRIs for the last two months for my PE. they did work, but are stupid to take even for depression let alone PE. dont take them!!

i was able to come off them because of john414 and this thread. reverse kegels work. thanks guys!!

HOWEVER, without SSRIs my serotonin levels have gone back to an all-time low, and so i come quickly even with reverse kegels. (bear in mind that i have yet to perfect the technique.)

my conclusion is that pe is caused mainly by:

a) not controlling pc muscles, so they tighten to stimulate the prostate to cause ejaculation. (TO FIX THIS PERFECT THE REVERSE KEGEL TECHNIQUE)

b) low serotonin from too much ejaculation (pretty much everyone in the world agrees that serotonin deficiency is a massive factor in pe)

im going to take a herbal supplement to correct my serotonin imbalance. im 99% sure that this and reverse kegels will fix the worst thing that ever happened to me: Premature Ejaculation.

to those that use reverse kegels and have even had success, when do you squeeze your PC muscle and for how long before you ejaculate? When I do it, most of the time it works and lets me go a little longer, but eventually when I squeeze then I cum and I just have to hold back the cum and I get retrograde or a little bit of cum comes out and then I can keep going which is a good thing, I think but I want to hear everyone else's experience.


ALSO: do you guys flex your PC in order to get hard originally?

blast you shouldn't be squeezing the pc muscle at all. That is what causes the ejaculation to occur soon. you need to learn how to focus on relaxing that muscle and other muscles in that area. Just read some post further back and stop squeezing thats probably the worst thing you can do.

You were saying when you feel that feeling coming of uncontrollable contractions to squeeze or something like that. You need to learn that when that feeling comes it is possible to make it subside again without anything but relaxing the muscles and staying focused

i know its easier said then done but its possible and so far myself and other guys have had success with this and its been nothing but positive news from everyone who's tried it. Nothings going to change unless everyone truly makes a commitment to something.


P.S to everyone, sorry if I am coming off as a Know-it-all its just this worked so good for me i feel i need to tell everyone down to the details of how to do it because i don't think any guy should have to live with this crap and it really seems like this is it and i am excited to help everyone out

Hey John, I think what he's saying is hes not squeezing but pushing. Thats the reverse kegel. Ive read that its what pushes those muscles apart instead of contracting and tightening which cause that hightened sensation we are all trying to avoid.

Now u are saying u dont squeeze or push your PC muscles at all. And your body has gained control over involuntary pumps that happenb during sex, masturbation or through the day in general. Right?

Ive read some people saying they've had success pushing them when close to ejaculation as opposed to what we've all heard, which is squeezing the pc near ejaculation. Ive tried this and yeah u can stop ejaculating if u push, like u are taking a piss. But i also stop moving. What I wonder is if u constantly do Reverse Kegels all day long, will the PC area be more relaxed in the end during sex? John have u ever tried Reverse kegels? I know some peopel here have. Like to hear more detailed stories about them. As for me, relaxing is making a difference slowly. Wont be able to tell until a few months in. But i notice i dont pump as much while doing daily activities.


Oh and, dude. Share it all. i think you've truely inspired lots of people including myself with your success.
