Has anyone read and thought about the post
I had up a while back? People may have
disregarded it and thought it was a nice
break down and all. Possibly not happy ,
looking for a quick solution. Even I
stopped for a bit but ive been doing it
again, changing my focus and still
learning about myself and how this All
works. And i can say im getting much
better. And I think this may be it. I
still need more work in figuring out the
right thing. But its DEFINITELY involved
with your Pelvic Muscles. No Doubt. These
start and Stop methods wont work at all if
your not learning to relax. Ive always had
sex and jerked off while slightly flexing
these muscles, without even knowing. From
my first time aswell. So the question
remains...how to have complete control
over these muscles??? When u feel
stimulated or anything, its natural that
these muscles contract a bit. And when
your close to blowing your load, they will
fully contract. Ive been doing exercises
while relaxing them the entire time. And
after about 3 weeks, i actually felt like
i could relax them alot more, and slow
down when i needed to but really relaxing
them as much as I could. Results have been
stellar. Will the body learn to relax
automatically? And during stimulation
while your relaxed, will u learn to extend
that time? Is this where the stop and
start works? When I did kegals, only for a
month, i felt i could somewhat tighten my
muscles, but that never really helped, as
it also made everything more pleasurable.
So im wondering now, with extended
practice will those exercises make me have
FULL control over contracting and relaxing
those muscles? As full control as I have
in choosing to flex my Bicep? Anyone have
any thought? Im gonna have to try this
now, as I believe im finally on to
something. No creams, no pills, the
natural understanding of WHY it happens.
Anyways, Id like to research this further
and see how it goes for about another week
and then post my results and methods. In
the meantime, if you are interested in
actually curing yourself instead of
interested in a magic spell that will
magically fix everything, you should

I'm so excited. I just had to join and
tell everyone. I have/had (I don't know if
it's cured yet, but I think it is) severe
premature ejaculation. I wouldn't cum
before penetration, but I would cum after
the first thrust. And when I masturbated,
I would cum after maybe 15 strokes.
But using a combination of Deferol,
Vivaxa, and manual prostate massage, I
think it's been cured. It's too early to
tell which of the variables is the cure,
but I was so excited I had to tell
someone. So why not tell my fellow PE
sufferers.
I just masturbated a few minutes ago.
Ussually, as soon as I start I fill the
urge to cum. Not this time, I DIDN'T FEEL
ANY THING! NO OVERSTIMULATION. And no it
wasn't like my penis was numb. I could
feel the strokes, and I was still rock
hard, but it wasn't the extreme sensation
it ussually is. I felt what I imagine non
PE havers must feel. And it was great.
Anyway, just wanted to say that. I'm going
to find out if I'm permanently cured, and
if so, what exactly led to it. I promise
I'll keep you posted. If you have any
questions, just ask. I really want to help
everyone. I know how doing it SHITTY this
problem is.
P.s.- DON'T DO KEGELS! DO EXERCISE YOUR
PC! I don't know where the idea that doing
so helps PE came from, but IT DOESN'T!
Flexing your PC muscle, during sex, or
masturbation sends the message to your
brain that it's time to ejaculate. If you
haven't noticed, when you ejaculate, your
PC muscle is flexed. NEVER EVER FLEX YOUR
PC MUSCLE! The only time you should ever
use it is to get the last little drops of
piss out, when you pee.
Focus on keeping your PC RELAXED when you
have sex, and when you masturbate. You'll
immediately notice that you have less of
an urge to cum.

However, I did all sorts of google
searches and cannot find any research
studies. Can anyone comment, I don't want
to be doing harm to my partner in any way
? Safe for the females, you know in this
age of unknown side effects...etc...
btw - this is the best thread on PE in

Hey guys, I'm new to this forum this is
one of the best PE discussions on the net.
Well i am 18 and have had PE since the
first time i had sex. I have a very
understanding gf who supports me doing
whatever it takes with trial and error to
fix this.
After researching for at least a year and
always trying to find a solution I believe
the main cause in PE is clenching the PC
muscle. When masturbating or having sex
clenching can make me cum whenever i feel
like it. Also when i have taking adderal
the ADD medication i can last very long. I
never really noticed why adderal did this
to me in till i noticed the difference
when having sex
On Adderal my PC muscle is completely
Relaxed the entire time, no spasms or
contractions intill i cum. I have no idea
how this relates to adderal but it does.
When not on Adderal just moving a little
causes my PC to contract, which in turn an
uncontrollable urge to ejaculate right
after penetration.
I also noticed why i last longer during
masturbation compared to sex. Once again i
can relax my PC muscle during masturbation
and last much longer like around 8 minutes
straight
I started to pay attention to my pc muscle
just during day to day activities. I never
noticed how often i am clenching it from
just the smallest things, like moving my
leg. I feel like this is some bad habit
formed over the years causing me to use my
Pc muscle all the time.
Lately i have been forcing myself not to
use the PC muscle at all just completely
relaxed all day, its much harder then i
would have thought never noticed how much
i use it. The results have been much
better control
during sex. I feel that more conditioning
of this muscle to keep it relaxed may
finally be the answer!
also when i keep it relaxed all day at the
end of the day i actually feel sore like i
have been working it out. don't understand
that yet.

see, now we are really onto something.
Keep on relaxing during sex, masturbation
and other things. I noticed ive been
clinching it for many things aswell. And
also, im looking into Reverse Kegels now.
WHich is the opposite of clinching your PC
muscle. Everyone do a thorough search on
it on google or wherever. This exercise
may help us all for good. Hate doing these
things. But anyways, its actually pushing.
Not pushing like your taking a carp, but
more like a piss. This spreads the PC
muscles. Anyways, do a search, try them
out. Im trying to approach PE in a
practical way. This really what happens in
your body when u cum. Now we are learning
acts to relax this muscle. Or hopefully
just have fuill control of when u relax
or contract.

Well i have been following up on my
previous post with the relaxing the Pc
muscle. I definitely notice better control
in keeping it relaxed with non sexual
things. At first just talking to someone i
noticed it was slightly clenched. Now i
can keep it relaxed without as much effort
FOR THE GOOD NEWS . i was with my gf
the other night. we started messing around
and i payed attention to keeping it
relaxed the whole time not just when
intercourse began. It was a lot harder
than non sexual activities but i still
feel i had better control....Now usually i
have that urge the second i thrust a
couple times. BUT! not this time i
actually was thrusting for sometime before
that feeling came probably around 1
minute. I should note that the muscle
would try to start clenching and i would
right away start feeling much more
pleasure but if i relaxed it as much as i
could it would be ok. I Then i slowed down
switched positions, This whole time trying
very hard to kept it relaxed as long as i
could, ZERO squeezing. Well when we
switched positions it wasn't like the
usual when the urge comes rushing back I
still had a good amount of control. ANd
heres the best part of it all my gf
reached orgasm after doing this for some
time!!! But it wasn't like
stop-start i feel eventually i can keep it
relaxed enough i shouldn't even need to
stop.
But it wasn't like an instant cure so if
you try this don't get your hopes up.
still I have never been so hopeful usually
i try something. fail, back to zero and
I've tried everything but ssri. this i
noticed an improvement. I'm going to keep
up with this routine and post back!

I think the solution to our problem is
really just practice. When you
masturbate, focus on relaxing and lasting
as long as you can.
Lately, when masturbating, I've tried all
sorts of different things to keep going
for as long as I can. Squeezing certain
muscles, or relaxing other ones, or
putting pressure on this or that, etc. I
think the key is really just to find out
what kind of motion or pressure makes you
ejaculate the soonest, and then do
whatever you can to avoid that, or
counteract that sensation. I think with
me, the base of my penis head is the most
sensitive. When I masturbate, I try to
feel the sensations in other parts of my
penis, and I seem to have had some success
lasting longer.
If you plan on lasting longer, I think
this is something you really have to do.
You have to masturbate with the intention
of lasting as long as you can. Practice.
Keep in mind, I'm only 19, and been having
sex for about 7 months. This advice may
be more useful to younger guys with PE,
who are still learning.

holy SHATT! this is crazy! i just posted
about how i was doing all that relaxing
the pc muscle not just during sex but all
day and learning to really relax it.
I'm so excited i had to come post this i
literally posted that and then went over
to my girls house and had sex and it was
like i barely even had PE. Now before you
think "good for you, it was probably just
a mental problem, i have it worse blah
blah" let me tell you i had it pretty bad
i was depressed and i couldn't last 5
thrusts sometimes. I tried everything.BUTT
tonight I had sex for like 10 minutes with
only 3 position changes and a couple slow
downs.
Then when she was done I was like lets see
if i can last. I felt like i had control
and the second i went back to clenching my
pc muscle slightly it was like boom the
same feeling i had when i would first
enter before and i came. Now before i act
like this is IT! i have to say i am very
comfortable with this girl and she knows
my problem and i also masturbated a few
hours before. But still i wouldn't have
been able to do that even with
masturbating 20 minutes before.
I think i found it boys. To sum it all up,
I've been in the habit of always clenching
my pc muscle during sex, masturbation, day
to day activities pretty much all the
time. i realized PE for me is always
caused by the spams and clenching of the
muscle not under my control. and yes my
penis felt extremely sensitive but that
was because of the muscle. i started to
forcefully relax it all day long, all the
time, i noticed the muscle getting sore
like i have been working it. THIS IS NOT
KEGELS The opposite. I slowly learned how
to make it stay relaxed when moving around
and more than usual while being sexual and
all day. what i think made the biggest
difference was keeping it relaxed all day
long its harder than you would expect. So
after all this i kept it relaxed and felt
like a "normal" guy having sex tonight.
My GF was like omg that was awesome. And i
cant stress enough i felt like all of you
and tried everything i thought i had it

Awesome, guys!!. See, its just practical
thinking. Screw meds and creams. Learn
your body and get your body to relax and
eventually u wont notice that u have to
relax. You just will be. I have basically
ended my problematic PE with this method.
Ofcourse me too, ive been with my GF for a
while. And as long as im in more of the
control. But, its not the best yet. I
expect to get better with this.An i will
now try relax all day long. Cuz i realize
i still tense it up slightly even while
walking!!! And guys, try the Reverse
Kegels .

Hey guys, i've been doing 3 months of
muscle relaxing and i've made it!!! NO
MORE PE!!!! WOHOOOHO
Here's my personal breakthrough:
For starters i'm 22 and I've always lasted
under a minute as I unconsciously clench
those pc muscles! I've made a MASSIVE
discovery (for myself) as to why my pc
muscles are so sensitive to contracting.
I never thought I had erection problems,
with sight of a girl infront of me and few
shakes of my buddy it would become awake.
What I didn't know was my PC muscles
clench inorder to keep myself erect. I
didn't have an erection problem but I
tried taking some herbs 'gingko biloba'
which promotes circulation and I never
knew erections could get this hard!!! My
dick was pulsating like crazy and there
was so much pressure stretching from the
skin. THIS IS THE IMPORTANT BIT, the
pressure of it being so hard felt like it
sealed of the base of penis.. the more I
relaxed my PC the tighter the seal... so
instead of my pc's contracting, i was
unconciously relaxing them ...
with my penis so hard I just went on and
on and came with great satisfaction!

How do you know if you aren't relaxing
your PC muscle during the day and are
contracting? Furthermore, how do you
consciously relax your PC muscle during
the day? I can masterbate for 10 minutes
plus but bust usually 30-1min during sex.
It has to be because of increased
sensitivty and contraction of my PC
without knowing.

i cant really explain how i know if i am
relaxing it but you can definitely feel a
difference from relaxing compared to
contracting it feels like relaxing any
other muscle like your bicep.
One way to help you realize when you are
relaxing it is, when you urinate you could
not physically urinate without relaxing
the pc muscle because that is what holds
it back so as you urinate remember the
feeling of your pc and that would be how
to relax it

i don't believe that since your PE is gone
with alcohol your problem is sensitivity.
You may still be clenching while your
under the influence but alcohol just has
the side effect of slowing down your
nervous system. So longer time to
ejaculate is probably juts a side effect
of drinking. Alcohol effects the whole
body so it is not a good tool to use to
try and rule out possible cause of your
pe. I still strongly feel a lot of this
has to do with this muscle I am having
fairly good success, still there may be
other factors but the simplest explanation
tends to be the correct one. And a bad
habit sounds more plausible than this many
healthy men having no other problems but
somehow born with an extremely sensitive
penis.

hi i just joined to give my discovery. it
relates to the pelvic muscle being
relaxed. what i found to be the key is
attention. i figure the best way to focus
your attention somewhere else. what did i
do? well i flexed my stomach muscle while,
and at the same tome relax my pelvic
muscles, the same way you would if you
were gonna piss. i tried it with an
erection. i masturbated furiously for a
good 10 minutes. when i relaxed i felt
nothing as opposed to blowing my load in
about 2 minutes. not saying its the best
idea but its something

hey everyone just wanted to stop by and
say that i am now 100% better now no more
PE. I cant believe i am even writing this
right now i thought i was doomed for the
rest of my life. All i can say is its a
combination of relaxing the PC muscle and
learning to control the feelings and not
be overwhelmed. The best advice i can give
you is you NEED to find out how you work
and your feelings. And DO NOT lose hope
because that was one of the biggest causes
for me. It's hard to have hope when you
hear of these guys who had it their whole
lives but trust me it is possible. I was
really bad i mean a 5 second guy, i was
truly worried that it was going to ruin my
life. But i experimented over and over
again without giving up. Don't lose hope
guys and be confident that you will fix
this. And one more tip stay away from
things like those numbing sprays and
medication they may be a temporary fix but
all they did for me was make it take
longer to truly heal myself. Good luck
