I'm getting quite worried.

Constant tight stomach
Muscle twitches
Muscle pains
A feeling as though blood is temporarily clogging up in my veins
Other pains and burns in my veins
messed up heart rate ( fast, slow slow, fast, no pattern at all)
Ear ringing ( maybe 30 minutes per day total)
Constant fatigue
Minor hallucinations(Likely that this is unrelated)
Compilation of all them makes me feel like I need to keep moving or else it gets worse, which makes sleep hard.

There is a certain reason I can't go to the doctor for a while, its a family thing, my mom's fault.

My dad suggests Potassium deficiency, but I eat a lot of tomatoes, oranges and stuff.

Some friends suggest liver damage, from a night a week ago when I took any possible amount of acetaminophen less than 9000mg.

When I use caffeine, it seems to get worse, so that may be the cause... I really don't use caffeine much though, maybe 2-3 a week, usually a semi large dose.

Sounds like something that should be checked by a doctor. I don't know why you can't go, but if it's only a reason of why you can't go to a CERTAIN doctor than go to a different one.

If it's because you don't have insurance, you should still go. Insurance usually takes a couple months to get anyway, and I don't think you should wait that long. There are insurance companies that accept everyone, usually non profit ones, that are faster usually.

Sounds like a blood sugar problem to me, all of those symptoms are common for it. You might want to look into it, especially if you family has a history of hypoglycemia or diabetes on either side. It's easy to treat, you simply need to restrict carbohydrate intake and eat right.
