I don't think that it's wrong. If you were in a relationship and it was interfearing with your sex life then i would see it as a problem. I can really help you with the masterbation part because it a part of life. it perfectly natural.

I wouldnt' worry about it unless it's interfearing with your sex life.

I guess masturbation is alright and is completely natural....But i think that its necessary to keep your mind occupied with other things rather than keep thinking about your problem all the time!! Trust me don't think that this is a problem, rather think of it as being normal and keep your mind occupied, things will change automatically!!!

Jeah!
Jeah.
That's right.
I used to have the same problem, and the key is to stop thinking about it like it's a problem.
In fact, the key is not to think about it at all.
Do something that'll take your mind off of it. and get involved with that other thing.
Don't expose yourself to stuff that's really sexual.
(i.e. don't look up porn. at all.)
and basically just preoccupy yourself.
Another good tip is not not be alone in areas/situations where it's easy to get off without anyone noticing.
Like...take short showers.
When you're alone in your room leave the door open, don't stay in bed too long once you've woke up in the morning...Even leave the door open a crack when you're getting dressed after showering.
Don't stay in the bathroom too long and generally make sure you're not alone a lot.
That really helps ward off masturbation problems.
tRust me.

i'm sure that last msg was a typo "it's not healthy, my friend." but just incase the poor guy who posted the OP read it and took it to heart, i just wanted to clarify that masturbation is very healthy for your heart and stress levels and makes it so you don't think too much about sex during the day and when you are with say family etc or need to focus on work/school.

Honestly, if it IS wrong, I'm in major trouble. I don't know if some people are just born with more hormones, or something like that, but I actually masturbated more than twice a day (even with having sex with my husband every day, sometimes up to 4 times a day) before the baby. I can't actually do anything until I'm healed down there, but once I am, it's on. Smile

No, it doesn't interfere with my life, nor my sex life. I think once it got to that point, I would seek help, but as long as it doesn't overtake your life, I believe it's fine.
