im so glad you said that! ive mentioned it in other forums and people have said i might have endometriosis and deep thrust dyspareunia keeps coming up... so how do i know i dont have that?!

"Deep thrust dyspareunia" is just a phrase that means that you have pain during sex when there is deep penetration, so it sounds like you certainly do have that.

Your next step would be to talk to your ob-gyn. There are many things that can cause this kind of pain. We can't tell you exactly why it is happening over the internet. Like Eiri said, there is a good chance that it is nothing really, but mention it to your ob-gyn just in case.

Endometriosis is one thing that can cause pain during sex, but there are many others as well. Endometriosis has symptoms other than just pain during sex for many women, but some women have few or no symptoms. Throughout your life many men will want to have sex with you. It doesn't mean that you should or are obligated to have sex if you don't want to. Just tell him that he is a good friend and you're not interested in sexual relations right now.

Tell him to call back in 4 years...By that time you will have had time to try out petting, possibly some hot foreplay and decided what route you want to go and who to take along for the ride...I think he will get the message....

Now have fun in life and believe me, this is not the way to do it....It's really a grown up thing...Takes a bit of getting used to and believe me, not like the movies...Age will help...
