Hi everyone.
I've had mussle pain in my legs for the last 2 weeks, but I haven't done barely any physical activity. Could this be just stress? An hernia?
Cheers,
Tiago

you could be low in potassium.
Try eating a banana a day. Otherwise, i'd ask your doctor.
How old are you?

i very much doubt potassium to be the cause. Try to be more specific on your pain, where, when, how, type of pain? etc

it could *also* be due to the fact that you haven't had any physical activity.
