Pain in the testicles can be caused by a disorder located primarily in the testicle due to something like injury or inflammation. Testicle pain can also be caused by a disorder located on the same-side kidney such as a kidney stone, inflammation or injury. You can ask for expert help from an urologist. An ultrasound scan of the testicles and abdomen can be performed to identify the origin of the pain.
