I have symptoms of Raynaud's syndrome. Cold fingers&toes 24/7,memory loss, not able to lose weight, lack energy etc etc
my calves tend to swell and my tendons around my ankle sore at times.
I went to see a natropathic physician&nutritionist ,she said to take Weil. It consists of horsechest nuts. I need something that'll help with blood circulation.
I've been working out regularly for 2years but my body had gone plateau(not eating enough, not taking multivitamins,no protein intake b4&after workout) for months. After taking supplements and consuming more food without deprivation, im losing weight as I should and my hands and feet are warmer longer. I also have been working at an office where I sit for hours(7-8hours straight) for 2years as well.
I was told to take fish oil capsules. It helped my friend who had similar symptoms so I will do that but she told me she read how you should combine fishoil with horsechest nut since the herb is an alternative to the oil. Would it be okay if I take both? also it says the herb helps with vericose vein ,not necessarily arteries.
